Brace yourself...the holidays are coming!

Here we are in November with the holidays quickly approaching...how did that happen, am I right? Updates and news have been a little delayed this month as we work on figuring out some behind the scenes stuff, but we’re ready to throw a bunch of info at ya now! 

First off - the holiday collection is now live! We usually wait until closer to Black Friday to list these, but with all the craziness going on, we want to make sure you have enough time to get your holiday goodies! Unfortunately, with prepping other projects, Lauren’s recent wedding, and time simply running out, there won’t be any new designs this year, but the old seasonal favorites are available here! 

Speaking of Black Friday...make sure you’re keeping an eye out around that time. We won’t say more right now, as we don’t do a lot of advertising for our deals and steals outside of our current customers and newsletter subscribers (our favoritest people - join the ranks)!

Now, drumroll please….our latest venture: the highly anticipated Middle Earth themed Page & Parcel box, has been delayed due to some shipping issues with one of the largest items. We had originally planned to list these boxes on Nov. 1, but we also want to make sure that we have every single item for these boxes in-hand before selling them to you, so that you don’t have to hang out, wondering when you’ll be getting it. Once we do get that last item (and we’re hoping that’ll happen within the next couple weeks), we will be packing them up and shipping them out as orders come in. There is a limited amount of these boxes and we do hope to make them available to our international friends, however please realize that if you’re ordering from outside the US, we can in no way guarantee that it will be delivered in time for the holidays, in fact we would lean more towards expecting it NOT to make it by then. Watch our Instagram page for future updates and if you want to be one of the first to know when we do put these up for sale, definitely subscribe to our email list, as those people will be getting immediate notification through our newsletter!

And since “tis the season” - here are a few things that we kindly ask you to keep in mind with the infamous holiday shopping craze already underway: 

• VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
  PLEASE triple-check that you have the correct shipping address on file with Etsy or entered into checkout when you order! Lauren works hard to get orders out as quickly as she can during this time of year, which means that orders may be getting posted the same day they come in, so if you request an address change after ordering, it is very likely that it will already be too late. 

• CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR ETSY:
  If you do need to contact us about your order for any reason, please do so through email or Etsy -  if that’s where you made your order. Our DMs on social media are not monitored regularly and are very unreliable to begin with. 

• COMMISSIONS ARE CLOSED:
  Custom map commissions are basically closed for the rest of the year. If you’re only looking for a small addition or slight change to an already existing map, Lauren may be able to help you, but you will have to reach out here to check on her availability, which will likely dwindle more and more the closer we get to the holidays. 

• SHOP EARLY:
  If you know what you need/want for the holidays, we strongly advise ordering sooner rather than later this year - especially if you’re located outside the US! The holiday season is always crazy when it comes to shipping delays, and this year has its own special set of difficulties on top of the typical ones.

We want to make sure you get the products you need in time for the holidays, but things like shipping delays and late address changes are often unfortunately out of our hands for the most part, so be sure to verify all your info before ordering and get those gift orders in now. Let’s avoid the stress as much as possible and make this a great holiday shopping season for everyone!
